Fit bit 5 charge doesn't show notifications for more than 10 minutes. It then comes up with an error on the app with "notification service not running, a Phone restart is required etc." done this a few times and never works, only thing I do to make it work again is turn notifications off and on and it works again for another 10/20 minutes and then the same error comes back?
Is there anything I can do to make this permanently work? Really enjoy the watch but I do want notifications onit!
Thanks. Apologies if this has already been discussed/answered

Hi there, @Buryed96. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 5 before reaching out. @Talahthas Thank you so much for your help!
May I know what Android phone you have? I'd like to provide the following steps that actually work for Huawei users, but whether you have an Huawei, I'd still suggest the following steps:
Note that you may see a message on your phone related to power consumption and apps scanning in the background. If you follow the steps in this message, the Fitbit app can’t run in the background and certain features may not work properly. Repeat the steps above to enable the Fitbit app to run in the background.

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @Buryed96!
Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Charge 5. I assume your phone is running Android? If so, first force quit your Fitbit app. Next go to Settings on your phone. Then select Apps and tap Fitbit. Now tap Storage and Cache. Tap Storage next and confirm. Then restart your phone and log in to your Fitbit app.
I'll keep my fingers crossed.
