I am having exactly the same issue with my née Charge 5. Worked great for a few weeks but now will not scroll in any direction. The problem is not with a dirty or smudged screen.

I have tried the restart process and it did work. Thank you!.
PS: I love the Charge 5. Such a great upgrade from the Inspire.
