I replaced my old charge 5 with a new one. Can't setup this new one. I've turned off and started up my iphone, turned off Bluetooth on and off, restarted charge 5, it's charged to 100%. Any other ideas?

Hello @Bowers_2_1999
What issue are you seeing when you try to add your new Charge 5 to the Fitbit app?
Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the Fitbit app on your iPhone? You might also restart your phone after uninstalling the Fitbit app, before re-installing the app. I've seen some iOS users report that this has helped.

That still didn't work....I'm about ready to send this back and switch to another brand of tracker! I've had fitbits for years!
