When i get a text on my phone, my Charge 5 used to immediately show the message when i turned my wrist to look at the display, but now for some reason I have to actually scroll to the right to view my notifications - is there a way to change it back to how it used to work? Thanks!

Thanks Rieko, I actually spoke with someone at Fitbit a little while ago and it looks like somehow Do Not Disturb had been turned on on my device, so I turned it off and now it's working fine. So weird though, I didn't even know it had a DND feature to turn it off in the first place, not sure how it happened then but I'm just glad it's working now 😁🙂

Hello @MsJager
I'm not sure why you're not seeing the Notification on the display when you turn your wrist right after getting the vibration. I recall there's a short time that it's available on the display. I've missed seeing the notification if I didn't turn my wrist quick enough and had to swipe to the Notification tile to see the message.
Have you had a chance to restart your Charge 5 and see if that helps? You can restart your device from the Settings menu on the Charge 5 or by using the charging cable that came with it.

Hello @MsJager
I'm so glad that Support was able to help you and it was a simple fix.
I've had times when a setting gets turned on/off and I don't know how it happened. It's all a mystery. But now you know to check for DND, if it happens again. BTW, putting your Charge 5 in Sleep mode will do the same thing as DND regarding notifications.
