Charge 5 won't show the correct time

I have tried reinstalling my charger 3 times.  I can't get the time correct.  tried 12 hour and 24 hour.  In the morning time is correct.  At about 1pm everyday it changes to look like military time.  I have chatted twice and have been waiting on a response from support for 3 days to correct this problem.  Has this happen to any one else?
