Charge 5 won't show the correct time

We’ll just add another frustration!  My FitBit 5 now does not keep accurate time as a watch.  In fact it is 15 minutes behind.  I have out an Apple Watch on my Xmas wish list.  I no longer have faith in FitBit or Google to accept that this update was horrible nor do I expect them to fix it.  It was fun for the past decade but now the time has come to end an unproductive relationship.

Hello there, @DianaE68. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is not keeping the correct time. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration.

Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.

If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If none of the above works for your, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.

Hope this helps.
