After charging my Charge 5 a couple of days ago (took a day to charge because it was refusing to, big headache, I almost want to switch to my Apple Watch), the time on the watch is 3 hours and 49 minutes off.
I went to app settings in the Fitbit app and the time zone is correctly selected to Los Angeles. I toggled it off and back into Los Angeles and the time is still wrong.
Do I have to do a hard reset and lose all my data? The app update has been a nightmare to say the least.

Hi there, @FitTop. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Charge 5 is still showing the wrong time despite the steps you've done so far.
Did you already sync your Charge 5? Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. Since you've recently recharge it, maybe your Charge 5 just needs to sync to update the time.
If you've tried the above but to no avail, make sure you're not running into syncing issues. For more information, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Thanks. It’s not syncing. It’s only showing calories burned but not steps and other data. Also, I never got a notification that my battery was low via email like I used to. I didn’t know it needed charging until the battery was completely gone, as the level was not appearing in the app either.
Update: Edit - it synced and the time corrected. Thank you!!
