My charge 5 started vibrating earlier and will not stop . It's screen won't turn on, and I can not reset it. Is it broken or is this some bug? I haven't had any problems with it till now.

After reading a bit more I saw someone's suggestion to contact customer support so I figured I would give it a try and maybe they could help me. Unfortunately nothing would fix it and even though it was a year and a couple months old it was no longer in warranty. They did offer me a discount to purchase another one. Which I am thankful for seeing as I still have half a year of my premium membership left.
