battery went down to 4% and now my Fitbit charge 5 will not sync with my phone or laptop.
what do I do? It last was in sync on 11/29/22

@mamafeNo need to worry. If Charge 5's battery level falls below 7 percent (if I remember that value correctly), several functions are automatically disabled, one of them being Bluetooth. Your device will however continue to collect and store tracking data until you have your battery at an appropriate level again to synchronize with the Fitbit app on your phone.
