I can see a lot of people having the same issue with Charge 5. I have tried all of the AI generated suggestions but still can’t get my Fitbit to sync consistently or at all. I do not have an android iOS system. Seems like nothing but trouble since google has taken over. Maybe it’s time to look at a different brand? Or is this just how google is forcing you to upgrade to a 6?

May I know a few more information regarding this situation with the device, such what do you see on the screen, when was the last time the device sync?
