I can see a lot of people having the same issue with Charge 5. I have tried all of the AI generated suggestions but still can’t get my Fitbit to sync consistently or at all. I do not have an android iOS system. Seems like nothing but trouble since google has taken over. Maybe it’s time to look at a different brand? Or is this just how google is forcing you to upgrade to a 6?

Thank you for sharing the information regarding this difficulty with Charge 5.

May I know a few more information regarding this situation with the device, such what do you see on the screen, when was the last time the device sync?

You obviously didn’t read my post all that carefully I already tried all of your suggestions. However my Fitbit crashes and goes blank whenever I try to sync it. So then I have to plug it into the charging cable to get it to reboot. Even then it takes several times of hooking to the charger and rebooting to get the app and the device to sync.
