Hi there, @rjcundiff. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you!

Please note that the Fitbit app for computers has been discontinued and it's now required to have a compatible mobile device to set up and sync your Fitbit device. For more details about the compatibility requirements, click here.

Hello @rjcundiff

The on-line fitbit.com dashboard was retired on 08 Jul 2024. There was an announcement about this on 11 Jun 2024.

As best as I can tell, there isn't a way to sync your Fitbit data to your computer anymore.

THAT IS TOO BAD! I have had a Fitbit since they first came out and bought stock. Have to find different system as I rely on data.

@rjcundiff   I apologize if I misread your post.  Your data syncs to your Fitbit account.  If you have the Fitbit app on your phone, then your Fitbit has been syncing using the Fitbit app on your phone.  In order to sync with your computer, a user needs Fitbit Connect or the Fitbit app for Windows 10.  These features were deactivated almost two years ago.  The way I understand your post, you can see your data on the Fitbit app on your phone.
