All morning my charge 5 won’t sync to my iPhone 11. I’ve gone through every step including uninstalling the app, turning blue tooth off and on, pairing again, restarting both devices. Only thing I haven’t done is a factory reset which I had to do last month when alarms stopped working and I don’t really want to do again if that’s not the problem.

My charge 5 can’t sync today! Tried everything, restart, reboot, reinstalled the fitbit app, reboot my iphone, still couldn’t fix the issue. This wasn’t the first time with the same problem!

I just got a new charge 5 yesterday. It won’t update firmware. And it won’t log sleep. After holding for customer service for 11 minutes and then another 10 minutes the 2nd time, got disconnected both times. The only thing I got was Fitbit system is down which is why sleep won’t update. So, why won’t firmware update? If this charge 5 is too glitchy and problematic I’m sending it back today unless I can get an answer.

Only thing that is correct on mine is the number of steps. Have also tried everything they suggest. Mine stopped working at 8:01am CDT.

Mine is having the same issue. The crazy thing is the app is still tracking my steps. My fitnit is still connected to my phone and sharing data, but it won't sync.

yes same issue here, this morning the charge 5 wont properly sync, only partially , clearly still tracking on its own but data wont sync fully x.x

Mine wont sync either! Tried everything over and over. Gotta say I'm relieved to know it's not only my charge 5 that's the problem but across the board something's wrong that needs fixing. I hope we hear what's up asap.

same im also getting partially synced like heart rate and steps and clearly my phone is connected to my fitbit since i still get the notifications ,but all other options arnt syncing correctly XD only started today too XD

Charge 5 is not syncing. Last sync was at 4:16am Central.

Worked yesterday, but today bluetooth won't connect to charge 5, not syncing with app. I have restarted several times over and over. Still nothing. It's not my bluetooth because it connects to other devices.

Same here. Won't sync for sleep and GPS died on my walk but still tracking steps. Fitbit, what's going on? I restarted the fitbit, logged out of fitbit and still nothing.

My FitBit Charge 5 has not synched since 9:48pm last night. Tried disabling/re-enacting bt forgetting/re-pairing bt restart charge5, reinstall app, logout/login app, restart iPhone, install iPhone os update, put charge5 on charger. Nothing has worked.

Add me to the group. Mine stoppedl right after I got an app update (iPhone). Tried all the suggestions above including deleting the app and reinstalling but still wont sync.

Me as well. I restarted the fitbit, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and my connection to the device. This is clearly a fitbit issue. Hope they resolve it soon. It looks like it stopped tracking sleep in the middle of the night but still is acknowledging some data. This is probably related to the larger issue they've been having for a month with the app changes. They really need to get their act together and start communicating with their users. This is getting kind of absurd.

Did this get resolved? I'm experiencing the same problem, my Charge 5 will not sync and my Charge vs iPad have different stats, my steps do not match, my hourly activity does not match. Really frustrating.... I've reset, uninstalled/reinstalled, everything is updated, restarted bluetooth, re started iPad etc.
