Charge 5 won’t sync

All morning my charge 5 won’t sync to my iPhone 11. I’ve gone through every step including uninstalling the app, turning blue tooth off and on, pairing again, restarting both devices. Only thing I haven’t done is a factory reset which I had to do last month when alarms stopped working and I don’t really want to do again if that’s not the problem.

I have no idea. They say it's fixed, but mine surely isn't...and of course some other folks too.

Every time they “improve” it, it just gets worse!!! And the effing interface is gd useless!! No flow or intuitivity to….doesn’t matter thought since half the time you tap or swipe and nothing works according to the “instructions”… it just continues to go downhill in quality!!!

Yes.

So I deleted device from Bluetooth and paired again.

That’s when it started working

Still won’t sync and battery is dying within 2 hours from full charge. 
I will never buy FitBit again. What a waste of money! And I liked it so much when it was working!

I thought this issue was resolved too, just came back from a long walk/jog and it does seem to be syncing but it's stuck on updating the exercise screen???  I hope they are working on this issue to get it resolved.  I just purchased this Charge 5 on August 4, so it's brand new.  Never had these issues with the 3 prior Fitbit Charges I've had.

Most of the time when I've had battery draining issues, a reboot of the
fitbit watch fixed it.

I can pair and sync with my old Pixel 3 XL, but my new Nothing Phone wont do any if it... Both use the same App version.. WTH

No it says it’s synching, but when it’s done nothing has synched.

The screen of the watch is still not responding.

what do i do? 
Do i return it for warranty?

The calorycount is automatic, even if you do nothing.

it only increases the basic number when you exercise… do you have steps?

I've done everything. My Fitbit is finally synced on my phone again, but everything is wrong...steps, calories out, RHR.

I'm having the same problem. My Charge 5 Will not sync and is stuck on logo screen. I've done all recommended procedures and will not restart or turn off until battery runs low.
