My Charge 5 suddenly stopped working. It had trouble syncing last night but once I disconnected/reconnected to Bluetooth it was fine. Then when I woke up this morning, it was still registering my steps from yesterday. I tried syncing hoping that would fix it but it won’t sync. Put it on the charger and it won’t charge. Turned it off and back on and nothing has helped. I just got the in March so it is practically brand new. Any ideas to help resolve would be appreciated. Thank you!

Sorry to see you're having trouble with your Charge 5.
The first troubleshooting step is to try to restart your device. There are 2 ways to do this - From the Settings menu on your Charge 5 and by using the button on the charging cable that came with your device. Click here for detailed instructions on: How to restart the Charge 5
Sometimes it can take multiple restarts before your device becomes "unstuck" & back to working normally.
