Charge 5 won’t sync

All morning my charge 5 won’t sync to my iPhone 11. I’ve gone through every step including uninstalling the app, turning blue tooth off and on, pairing again, restarting both devices. Only thing I haven’t done is a factory reset which I had to do last month when alarms stopped working and I don’t really want to do again if that’s not the problem.

My charge 5 died, and today I’ve just received a replacement from Fitbit.

superb! I started to set up and it was fine until  pairing.

since then the app can’t find it and asking for update. I clicked on update but the up just searching endlessly for the device ( it is next to my phone and fully charged)

Charge 5 won’t sync with iOS device. Tried restart both phone and Fitbit, remove device and pair again, log out and log in. Nothing works.

The same is occurring with my Charge 5. 

My wife also has a charge 5 and  has no problem syncing. I have an android and my wife has an iphone.

Thanks to “Support” for clarifying that there is a known issue. Is there any timeline on a fix?

I have also done all of the recommended troubleshooting steps and cannot get my Charge 5 to sync.

Same issue and chat seems to be down. I got rid of my Versa 2 for this piece of junk….many issues with charge 5!

Apparently they know there is an issue with syncing of Charge 5. So I guess we will just have to wait and see.

It looks like the only thing that is updating is my steps. The last time my Fitbit has synced was last night. I have reset my Fitbit, and my phone application. When I try to re-sync from the app. It just goes back to last night. I also tried it after I fully charged it but it doesn't seem to make a difference

The iphone syncs but not the android.

I came on here to check if I was the only one! My last sync was 10pm last night (android) I've restarted both my phone and fitbit multiple times. I also unpaired and reconnected, restarted the Bluetooth and deleted/re-download the app. Oddly enough im able to change the clock face, and the step count is the only thing that appears to update but no sleep data from last night. I've run out of ideas here! It bums me out because I just got my fitbit last week and it's been totally fine up till today. Appears to be a issue on their end - I just noticed a pop up on the top of the community page here.

Same! Did everything. Must be a problem on the Fitbit side of things.
