My Fitbit charge 5 won’t let me do an ECG. It reads error reopen app

Hi there, @JW1309 @Joyapadd. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with the ECG feature.
As a first approach, I suggest restarting your Charge 5 by following these steps.
The next thing I recommend is uninstalling your ECG app and then re-installing it. To uninstall go to your Fitbit app, and from the opening, Today screen click on your profile picture and go to the Account screen. There, please click on your Charge 5 picture and on the next screen choose Gallery at the top and then “Apps”. Select the ECG app and click uninstall. Make sure you sync your Charge 5 after uninstalling. Then, confirm that ECG is no longer on your Charge 5
Once the above has been done, please return to your Fitbit App Gallery and Apps, and then re-install the ECG app. Sync your Charge 5 and confirm that the ECG app is back on your Fitbit device.
