the screen won’t shut off completely and the white line at the bottom is new. The red light is on all the time on the back. It says my heart rate is consistently like 180 or something. Customer service is impossible. Has anyone run into this? What did you do?

Hi there, @Mikedapike0550. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5 and the images attached.
If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Charge 5 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
