Hi, today I accidentally let the battery run down to zero on my Fitbit charge 5. I have tried to recharge, but cannot get the screen to come back on. I get a vibrate when connect to charger and get vibrate when try 3 time button push on charger cable. I also tried deleting the device with intention to re pair it to my app, but now it no longer finds it. It is about 12 months.
