Charge 5 won't turn on

charge 5 watch not working, tried troubleshooting method but still not work. Can’t turn on so can’t sync. How to get in touch with the sales department to get exchange.

Hi, @Chris_Leong6332 welcome to the community, do you have a Charge 5 or a Charge 4? Absent details of the steps you've taken I assume you've checked if it is charged if not this article is worth reviewing Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? - Fitbit Help Center I also assume you've attempted a restart via the button on the cable this video demonstrates at 1:30.

If you have not made any progress contact "Customer Support" working through to reach the contact options. You do not mention how long you've had your Charge 5, depending on where you are & when you bought it and from whom you may still have the benefit of Fitbit's return and warranty policy
