My screen went completely blank a few weeks ago. I have charged it but I can't get it on. What do I do?

same thing is happening to me today. fitbit is charged And is syncing but my screen is black..
did you try to reboot??I did without any change.

Press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Let go of the buttons. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on.
Restart.
Connect your device to the charging cable.
Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
Release the buttons.
