Sleep data/feedback doesn’t make sense

I am seriously considering dropping my premium account. Sleep data form the basis for most of the premium feedback.  The feedback I get doesn’t make sense.  For example, last night it recorded 2 hrs 54 min of sleep with no deep sleep yet it gave me a “Good” score of 80.  I am sure I got at least 6 to 6.5 hrs of sleep last night.  I consistently get this kind of sleep data.  Then on the readiness score it congratulates me for getting enough sleep, the graphic shows the line all the way to the high end.  Then below that it says I got 2 hrs 54 minutes of sleep last night and a daily average of about 3 hours. How can that be?  Should I drop Premium?  It obviously is not giving me the most useful information.  Thank you for your insights.
