After noticing my Charge 5 was low on battery, I charged it back up and then it shut off. It hasn’t come back on for days

You can try the reset procedure that has been posted on an endless number of threads on this forum.
If that doesn't work, contact customer support. Hopefully you are within the 1 year warranty period, (2 years in EU), and they will replace your device.
Otherwise, you will need to replace your Charge 5.
