Watch fully charged. I've tried to turn it on with the instructions for the button on charging cord and still nothing. Any ideas? Help

Sad to hear that your Charge doesn't seem to be working as expected. To make sure that your device's battery really has been charged, please have a close look here to see what might apply to you:

Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Hi there, @LalaMorg. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5.

In addition to the steps provided by @Talahthas, please restart your Charge 5 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
