After charging my Versa 4 to 100% the screen went black once on my wrist. Now acts like its dead. I put it back on the charger and nothing. Is there a Reset button, or can I reset the battery somehow?

Hi @lisakwood - it may have developed fault.
First try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start. If it starts double tap the screen and pull down on the watch to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons.
Otherwise a factory reset may be required using the button and you can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support for help with that.

If you have the Charge 5, there isn't a button on the device to press. Since you originally posted your question in the Versa 4 forum, @Guy_ response was based on that device, which has a button.
Since you have an non-responsive screen, you will need to use the charging cable that came with your device to perform a restart. Click here for detailed instructions: How to Restart the Charge 5
