Saved hard to buy a charge 5. I was so excited!
Wore it less than 5 hours and screen went blank.
Fitbit admitted it was likely a fault & when I asked for a refund they said yes... then stopped answering.
I had a Luxe before that - it lasted less than a year. Now it won't hold charge!
Isn't it funny that you can't publicly review devices? I bet no one would buy from them after having a look here & on Reddit. I wish I'd done my homework!
I need my money back desperately. Now I'm wondering if they are just going to leave me with two broken fitbits & no refund! Going to have to step up my game I guess.

Hi @Hoppingmad if purchased directly from Fitbit, you'll probably need to return it and wait for them to issue a refund, if you're within the time frame of 45 days. If purchased elsewhere, different retailers have varying times in which to return an item. If customer support said that someone would contact you, they will. Sometimes a request has to go up their chain of command. The more you email, it puts your claim at the bottom of the queue as they believe it's a new claim.
