My charge 5 won’t turn on, I have don’t the hard reset, but it still won’t turn on

Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working as expected.
As there is a chance that your device's battery is deep discharged, I'd suggest giving it a fill charge to hopefully get it back to working order. Iy your device won't charge please have a closer look here to hopefully get things fixed:

Hi there, @Toluwa. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5 and taking the time to troubleshoot it before reaching out. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

If the above doesn't work, please follow @Talahthas's tips and recommendations.
