Charge 5 won't update

I was going through the settings on my Fitbit, and I saw that there was an update for the Charge 5 on here. I go back to the Fitbit app, tapped on my Google profile picture, tapped “Fitbit settings”, tapped “Help & Support”, and tapped “Check for Charge 5 Update”, then waited for the loading screen to go away, and it didn’t. I’ve already restarted my phone, and restarted my Fitbit and I don’t know what else to do.

@K05M1C Thanks for getting back and the details provided in  your recent post.

As our last resort, I'd recommend performing a factory reset on your Charge 5. Important: Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc. So please make sure you sync your Fitbit device before proceeding with the reset.

With the above being said, please follow the steps below to proceed with the factory reset:

  1. Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app.
  2. On your Fitbit device, open the Settings app > Device Info > Clear User Data.

@MarreFitbit It still won't give me an option to update my Fitbit. It may be something with my app or the iPhone with the new iOS software update.
