Factory Band is flimsy. Falls off during sleep. Went for swim in ocean.  Tightened it. Set watch to waterproof.  it fell off and disappeared within 5 minutes of swimming. Super annoying so do I need to buy extra watchbands?

Yes, i have the same problem in Japan and this bug exists since months if not years. But people in US are not affected so Fitbit developers are not targeting the bug

Wow! So FitBit only cares for its US users.  In that case we better switch to Whoop or another product that works as promised!

 

I have the same problem- SPO2 doesn't seem to be supported in my country, Oman.
