The new butterfly buckle on the wristband is not sufficient to hold the watch on. I hadn't even had my new charge 5 for a week. After getting off a ferry, my sleeve cuff caught onto the wristband of my charge 5 and slipped it free easily. I've now lost it in deep water.

I'm sorry to see that you had this experience with the Charge 5.
