EDA scan, cannot get the screen to progress

EDA has been on my Fitbit all day. 
It keeps asking me to choose a certain number of seconds/ minutes. 
I hold the sides as directed, but it never moves on. 

It had do e this all day.  

I cannot get the screen to progress, tell me the time or anything else.

I appreciate all the information that you've provided about what you're experiencing with your Charge 5. 

 

Just to confirm, the device is stuck on the EDA feature and won't allow you to get out of it or interreact with the display? In the meantime, please make sure that you've tried the three pulse restart procedure using the charging cable, as this is usually helpful with similar issues with the display.
