My charge5's touch screen was error function last week, it can't up-down first, then can't left-right . This morning it's display is flashing and ghost-image. I just charge it yesterday morning, and the battery left 20% now. I had tried the 3-pulse re-start over 10 times, and and it is getting worst.
Would anyone can suggest how to proceed?

Best AnswerThanks for your advice, but I own this device for 1year, and it fail this couple weeks.
I just let the charge5 ran out of bettery then restart. it works fine for a morning, then error again.
