My Charge 5 stopped getting/giving text notifications yesterday. No vibrations, and device says no notifications. I’ve turned Bluetooth on iPhone off and on. What else can I do?

I've noticed that sometimes settings get turned off/changed even though I know that I intentionally did not make any changes.
This help page has the instructions for getting notifications from your phone to your Fitbit (<-- click link). Please let us know if this fixed your text notifications.

Although I'm not sure that this will work, you could try clearing the data/storage for the Fitbit app on your phone.
You might want to check the iOS platform forum (<-- click link) to see if other Apple users are having this issue or found a fix for it.
