Clock does not turn on when rotate arm

How can I make the face turn on by turning arm toward me. It seemed to work the first day and then stopped. Now have to tap and even tapping takes two taps at times!

Hello @Kmalone1958 

There are a couple of things you can check.

First, check that Screen Wake is set to Auto not Manual.  From the Clock Face screen scroll down until you get to the big blue Screen Wake button.  See if it is on Auto.  If it isn’t, tap to change it.

Second, check that DND mode and Sleep Mode are Off.  If they’re On, tap them to change it to Off.
