Clock face won't install on my Charge 5

The brisk watch face on my charge 5 is not installing. It is greyed out and says i need to update the watch and app. I checked, but everything is up to date, i when reset both my phone and watch. Please help i really like that watch face and would love to have it.

Hi there, @Rav-ioli. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the clock face is still not loading on your Charge 5. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you! 

In addition to the steps you've done so far, I'd recommend trying the steps below in the order listed even if some of them you've tried already:

  1. Make sure mobile app and Firmware version are up-to-date.
  2. Restart your Charge 5 once again. 
  3. Switch to another clock than the one you want to switch to using the clocks app. Once syncs complete, it should get past the switching state.
  4. Restart the Fitbit mobile app: Force close Fitbit app & relaunch the app.
  5. Restart Bluetooth
  6. Trigger a regular sync.

Unfortunately, none of that worked. This is the screen that shows up.

This seems  to be a bug i was hoping someone could relay tiis so it will je adressed i  tje bext updat

Hello @Rav-ioli 

There was a firmware update for the Charge 5 which was supposed to include new watch faces. Apparently, the rollout for that firmware update seems to be currently on hold. It is frustrating to see the watch face and not be able to install it.

Hopefully, it won't be too much longer for another update to rollout.

I am also having this same issue.  I've tried the suggestions you've made MarreFitbit.  I have just had my charge 5 replaced because the display broke on my previous one.  I used to have the Brisk watch face, so I know it works but now I have received my replacement charge 5 I cannot get this installed.  It just says its not available.  So annoying.  What can I do?
