Clock face won't install on my Charge 5

It started by weird heart rate tracking while i do cardio then at night cant do EDA because it said wristband doesn't on wrist... Then i think is it about clock face problem. Not successful. Clock face name Target keep installing cant cancel can not do anything. Even i delete cache, remove app, reinstall, unpaired change user change. After do Charge 5 factory reset even it change screen to pair to fibit app, The unfinish Target clock work installation still their behind the New pair screen 😞.. i think this was a cause of nonstop restarting of my fibit charge 5... Is it has a way to fix this. Or i sould throw it away because it totally broken.

Hi there, @NyumNyum. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is still unresponsive. I understand your concern and how you must be feeling, I will do my best to help you with this!

In addition to the steps you've done so far, I'd recommend trying the steps below in the order listed even if some of them you've tried already:

  1. Make sure mobile app and Firmware version are up-to-date.
  2. Restart your Charge 5 once again. 
  3. Switch to another clock than the one you want to switch to using the clocks app. Once syncs complete, it should get past the switching state.
  4. Restart the Fitbit mobile app: Force close Fitbit app & relaunch the app.
  5. Restart Bluetooth
  6. Trigger a regular sync.
