I have done all trouble shooting but cant get the 4 new clock faces to work on my charge 5
glimpse, bifrost, brisk or juxtaposed. Am i the only one? Please help !

I can reproduce that on my Charge 5 while my Mom's Charge 5 is able to access those clock faces. The clock faces you mentioned obviously require firmware 194.91, a firmware release that has caused issues with some of the Charge 5 devices. My Mom's device is running this version whereas it still isn't rolled out on my Charge 5. Seems Fitbit hast stopped rollout of firmware 194.91 to prevent further problems.
