Had my Fitbit on charger last night. Woke to it saying I had 15000 steps. Shows the steps happened during a 15 min period.
A quick fix via Google was to manually add a non physical activity like driving during that time.
While it did remove the steps from my daily count. All those extra steps still show when I go into an open game of bingo.
I've tried everything Google has said. Restarting, resetting, unpairing and repairing.
Logging in/out of fitbit.
Even factory reset/cleared data, but once pairing up again, it's still there
Thanks

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @BeckyJRK.
Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Charge 5 device and the troubleshooting steps that you've tried.
There are a few reasons why this could happen. If you're sleeping close to something that could emit a certain vibration, like a window, a fan or other type of machine. As you mentioned, the only way to negate these extra steps would be to manually log a driving activity.
It seems that you already tried all the basic troubleshooting steps found in the forums to remove these steps from your Bingo game. In this case, I recommend that you get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. They will let you know how to proceed.
