I've added a credit card to my fitbit Charge 5 and get a "0" message when I try to use it in my wallet. I've deleted the credit card and added it again. It's B of A, a bank supported by Fitbit. What does the "0" mean? How do I get it to work?

Have you tried updating it to the latest firmware ?

I got the Fitbit last week so I assume it’s the latest firmware.
