Daily Readiness Scoew

My Readiness score has been a 1 or 2 which obviously is incorrect. Please let me know how to get an accurate reading. Thanks.

Hi @HuntingtonIrish , I believe that I read in one of your other threads that you have had your Charge 5 for less than a week. Several of the metrics you are asking about need several days of data in order to provide the scores that you are looking for. 

If you are still not seeing scores after wearing your Charge 5 for 14 days, then I suggest contacting Fitbit support for assistance.

Yeah, I was confused that I was even getting a score. I just upgraded from
an Inspire 2, but haven’t had premium for 14 days yet. Thanks for the
reply. --
