Charge 5 - Data missing from app

My steps page is blank. I have an iPhone, if I delete the app it looks like I lose all my data (which I really do not want to do). Please advise

I appreciate your message and your time in this process. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.
Our team is aware of this and still working on a fix. I will post any updates about this situation.

Could you please try to uninstall / reinstall the app ? This one time exception workaround worked for some users, without any information loss. 

To do so, please try to:

1. Logout.
2. Uninstall the Fitbit App.
3. Reinstall the Fitbit App.
4. Login.
