Hi

Can you pls let me know how to change date format to DD/MM on my Charge 5?

If impossible, when do you plan to release an software update that enables DD/MM format?

Pls let users know if you have no  plan to release update.

Only USA use MM/DD!

Thank you

I had a look and the Hexa, Cutout and Statposter clock face have a format DD/MM, at least on the example Fitbit provides.

Hello @SR69

Where do you see DD/MM ? Is it on the clock face ? If yes, which clock face do you use ?

I had to change mine within the fitibit dashboard, you cannot change this from either the app or the band which is very poor!

You can jusct change the Clock Face. To do this, go in your app, go to your settings (clicking the round icon on top), choose the Charge 5, choose Gallery, then Clock.
