I have been in contact with customer service at least 4 times. 1st problem my sleep does not always record.  2nd my heart rate is missing large blocks of time. 3rd just started this week battery drain in 1.5 days. Customer service has be reset and reboot each time. The 3rd conversation I was told a resolution would be sent to my email...... not the truth. 4th call after the battery started to drain they treated me as if it was a 1st problem. My fit bit has a short time of warranty left and I think they are trying to wait till the warranty is run out and tell me I need to buy a new one. I am posting my woes across my social media, my professional forums and on any review site I can find.

My tracker is need for my health as I have issues with tachycardia the heart rate is very valuable in my knowing when I need to rest. And th sleep app is important as understanding my sleep score helps to maintain better sleep habits.

I work in customer service for both BMW and Toyota and never have a customer ever jump through hoops either during or after the warranty period.

My Charge5 is less than a year old and I've been bricked with the last updates like a lot of other users have been. My Charge5 now shows only the blue FitBit logo on the screen, drains the battery then dies. I tried everything under the sun to get it going again but nothing worked. And now I find that my dead tracker sitting on a shelf above my desk for the last 2 weeks, is still tracking and logging daily steps.

Save yourself some headaches - look into other trackers. I found the AmazFit Band 7/Zepp app to be just like and in some ways better than the Charge5 for cardiac, pulse ox, and sleep tracking - at a much more reasonable price.
