Two times within 1 week I have now seen different step count in my app and on my charge 5. The count is lower on the charge 5 than in the app, and today I realized that at some point the step count had dropped from around 6000 to around 4000 on my charge 5, but remained at the 6000 in the app. It is still missing the ~2000 steps on the charge 5 at the end of the day. No change after restarting the charge 5. I have not added my phone as device, and the step count is different from what is seen in apple health, so it seems like a glitch on the charge 5.
what could be wrong?
