Difficulty to charge my Charge 5

Well, yet another Fitbit charge 5 is failing to charge . I contacted Fitbit customer service who offered another peeble . I followed their instructions and link including only one page pdf .

 

i went to fedex and was told I needed additional documents . I explained that as my Mum is terminally ill with cancer I had already paid for the nurse to extend her hours so I could go to fedex site ( isn’t that local) .

 

reverted back to Fitbit customer service who then sent another generic link this time with the missing documents . I explained that to pay for a nurse to stay another additional hour would cost me in total for both times more than half a new model , I had already paid for the initial trip .

NO reply from fit and they ignore my email suggesting they arrange for a courier to collect as I can’t leave and I have already paid once and it’s not the customer’s fault I was provided with sufficient documents to accompany the collection .

i have been with Fitbit now for ten years but as they can’t help or acknowledge they sent the wrong document via link I may have to give up with your faulty watches that do not last longer than the warranty period

I was able to confirm you contacted support, and you mentioned, and they were able to provide you with a solution, since you have already sent a message, my best recommendation would be to contact them once again.
