I have Premium membership & it's meant to show you more details on sleeping ie detect snoring, is this available on Charge 5? if so, how do I turn it on? I looking in the setup toggle & there is no options for turning it on

Unfortunately it can't detect snoring because it doesn't have microphone or speaker. It also isn't able to do it through your phone as far as I know.
I'm sorry it doesn't as it would have been a nice feature to have!

Oh really, well I've been on chat with Fitbit and they tell me the detect snoring is on the Charge 5, they've suggested I reinstall the app on my phone & it should come up. So let's see.

I'm sorry if I gave you the wrong information. My Charge 5 doesn't have a microphone or speaker that I've been able to find.

@swho06 Sadly, snore detection is only available on the Sense and Versa 3 with Premium. Help article Support gave you incorrect information.

I just bought a charge 5. On fitbits comparison tool it lists that it does have snore detection. The reason i am here responding is because i couldn't find it on the app. Please help GitBit or my purchase is getting returned.

Hello @Salmonid and welcome to the Community. The Charge 5 definitely doesn't have the hardware for snore detection and you should return it for a refund.
