Hi all
Seems impossible to get through on live chat, firstly I was sent a link to charge 5 and then cut off, and on two other occasions I was put through to customer service but no answer..so hoping Fitbit community can help.
I have a charge 3 at the moment and am hoping to get a charge 5 but seen some posts that charge 5 does not measure floors, is this still the case?
I like my charge 3 (although it did need to be replaced a number of times due to various faults) but would like a Fitbit that has similar features to the charge 3 including floors and stress monitoring.
Any advice? Has anyone tried another brand of watches that might have these features but also good customer service?

Hello @GC2022 and welcome to the Community. I can confirm that the Charge 5 doesn't count floors. It doesn't have the altimeter. My thought is that Fitbit couldn't have the ECG, Stress Response, and altimeter hardware in the size of the Charge 5. I am not a Fitbit employee and Fitbit doesn't share this information.
I haven't used other brands, so can't help you with other choices.
