When I click on “view ECG history”, App asks me to log in via Google and logging in just opens a blank page.
US user with iPhone Version 17.2.1 iOS Have tried restarting Charge 5, turning off and on Bluetooth, forced closing App, logging out of App, etc. Nothing seems to help me access ECG history.

Fix: Delete Fitbit App from phone (data is not lost); turn off phone; turn phone back on; reinstall App.
This fixed issue.

I am experiencing the same issue with the app on an android phone. Support tells me they know about it, and are working on a fix.
