ECG is not transferring to phone. (An adviser just told me it’s not available in UK! He should be sacked as an adviser)
Im a cardio so I know what an ecg looks like. Watch records brilliantly but can’t get it on the iPhone to view/print

Hi, thank you for sharing your inquiry about the Charge 5 and the ECG feature, @aceofhearts44.
I'm sorry to see that you were provided the wrong information. I was able to confirm the ECG feature should indeed be available in the United Kingdom, as mentioned here.
Regarding the problem you mentioned earlier (not being able to view and print the ECG information), could you please provide a few more details? Let me know if you're able to see your information but it doesn't allow you to print it or you're not seeing any information at all or if you see a blank or unresponsive page. Keep in mind that in order to see the ECG information in the app, you'll need to tap on "Discover" > Then scroll down and tap on "Assessment & Reports" > You should then see the Heart Rhythm Assessment option to check your information.
In the meantime if you're still not able to see your information after following the instructions mentioned previously, please try the following steps as well:
I'll be around.

Thank you. Yep done all that. Saw the ecg recording on the watch. Went through the steps. Pressed DONE. Went to freshly installed app and the result is shown on the attached screenshot. Zilch

Well, having followed the procedure I described before the EKG is now downloading. Perhaps someone somewhere in the ether has fixed it. Anyhow thank you Fitbit community.

@aceofhearts44 that's good news, thank you for your reply and for confirming that you are now able to see your ECG information!
Have a great day. 😁
