Hi, the software is up to date, but I can't see ECG installed, I have my fitbit account for many years, but now I reside in the UK, and bought Charge 5 also from UK, I wonder if it is something to do with the fact that my account is old that was created when I was living in a country where ECG isn't available? if so how can I change that without creating a new account and losing many years of records?

Update: It was indeed the country settings, I had to change it on the website, and all worked well.
