Hi there,
I am completing an EDA quick scan on my Charge 5 every day and they are not logging in to the Fitbit app.
I have tried restarting the phone, I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. All other things are logging like my ECG and exercises. Just the EDA scans will not sync.
Hoping someone can assist in figuring out this issue.

Hello @canadam and welcome to the Help forum. I just want to verify that you are looking in the correct place. Please tap on your Mindfulness tile, then slide the toggle to Your Journey. You should find them there. That's where mine are. Help article

Hi canadam,
I'm having the exact same problem with my Charge 5; I did 2 EDA scan recently, but there are no EDA scan results in my Fitbit App under the Your Journey tab.
I haven't done any of those mindfulness sessions, so could that be the issue?
Hopefully some one can help us out!

It took 4 days, but then the EDA scan results finally showed up under the Your Journey tab.
I sync my Charge 5 a couple of times per day, but maybe the software for the EDA scans needs some time to process the data.
